These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LiteTalk platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Important
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by Piotr Vassev IT Solutions, with registered office at ul. Leśna 69D, 42-622 Nowe Chechło, NIP (tax id): 6452592255, REGON: 541063734 (the "Provider", "we", "us").

2. Definitions
- Customer / you: the person or entity using the Service.
- Account: your registered user account for accessing the Service.
- Chatbot / Bot: a chatbot configuration created within the Service.
- Customer Content: information, data, documents, website links, and other content you upload, submit, or connect to the Service, including chat logs.
3. Eligibility and account
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
4. The Service and acceptable use
You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
You must not (and must not allow others to):
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Infringe intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
- Upload or distribute malware, attempt to bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code (except to the extent permitted by law).
- Use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam) or deceptive content.
5. Customer Content and responsibilities
- Your content: You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
- Your permissions: You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to provide Customer Content to the Service (including any required consents).
- Responsibility for outputs: Chatbot responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.

6. Plans, billing, and taxes
The Service may include free and paid plans. Pricing, limits, and features depend on the plan you select.
- Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise.
- Taxes: Prices may exclude applicable taxes; you are responsible for taxes except where we are legally required to collect them.
- Non-payment: If payment fails, we may suspend or limit access until payment is received.
7. Third-party services and integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. e-commerce platforms, analytics, hosting, LLM providers). Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, and branding, except for Customer Content. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
9. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the Service at any time. You may terminate your Account by contacting us or using available in-app options (if provided).
- We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the Service.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete Customer Content in accordance with our data retention practices and applicable law.
10. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you to us for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you are on a free plan, 0).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via the Website or the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the changes.
14. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Provider's registered office. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts with jurisdiction over the Provider.
